The mission of HR Development (HRD) is to deliver high-quality service in content, instruction, technology and operational support to employee learners (full-time, part-time and temporary employees). Our vision is to connect Auburn people with their future by providing talent development experiences to support their growth.
HRD courses are designed with working adults in mind. These classes can help you:
Gain tools to do your job better,
Build your resume, and
Grow personally and professionally.
For the fall semester, HRD courses will be offered virtually and in the classroom. For virtual classes, please access the Zoom link for your course from one of four areas:
Receiving the course calendar invite
Receiving the "Course Enrollment Verification" email notification (calendar invite attachment)
Receiving the "Course Reminder Message" email notification
Selecting your course from the training calendar in Fast-Train
If the Zoom link is not available in any of these four areas, you will receive it from your course facilitator prior to class.

Times and dates are subject to change; those registered for a class will be notified of changes.
You may cancel your enrollment in Fast-Train by going to “Courses to Complete” icon and clicking the “X” next to the course you want to cancel. .
Some HRD courses have fees applied. Fees will be charged 10 days prior to the start of the course and are non-refundable.
